Three things for Washington Football Team to be thankful for this Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is knocking on the door, so it’s time to take a look at three things that the Washington Football Team can be thankful for this year.

By the time that thanksgiving comes around, most teams in the NFL have an idea of what direction the year is heading. You may find yourself at 3-7, eyeing the NFL draft and planning the offseason golf trips that are fast approaching. Other teams find themselves right in the middle of the divisional race, tightening their boots and fighting for a playoff spot.

But just on par for 2020, the Washington football team find themselves in both categories.

Washington travels to Dallas to play the Cowboys this Thanksgiving and despite both teams showing up with 3-7 records, a lead in the division race is on the line. So let’s take a look at some of the reasons we are here, and to fit the holiday spirit, let’s look at three things Washington can be thankful for.
