Bold predictions for Washington Football Team vs. Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day.

The Washington Football Team is about to play the most important game of the Ron Rivera era to date. On Thursday afternoon, they’ll be taking on the Dallas Cowboys in a divisional, Thanksgiving clash that will at least momentarily decide who leads the division.

Saying that certainly seems odd. After all, both teams hold brutal 3-7 records and in a normal season, they would be well out of the playoff chase. But this is 2020 and the world is far from normal. The NFC East is bad enough that a six-win team should make the playoffs, so Washington and Dallas are still in the hunt.

After a win against the Bengals (albeit a somewhat unimpressive one), Washington will have to be ready for the quick turnaround. They’ll have to go on the road, face their rivals, and put forth one of their best efforts of the year to win this contest.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys will be out for revenge after being held to three points in a loss against Washington earlier in the year. Now healthier, the Cowboys will be tougher to dispatch, and Washington needs to be wary of a potential letdown on a short week.

Any time rivals meet, crazy things can happen. Here are five bold predictions for what could happen during Washington vs. Dallas in NFL Week 12.
