At 2-6, the Washington Football Team is running out of room for error. Another loss might spell doom for any fleeting NFC East championship hopes.

Coming out of the bye week, the Washington Football Team at least seemed aware of the opportunity at hand with the Giants, Lions, Bengals, and Cowboys on deck for their next four games. But then they came out and turned the ball over five times in a 23-20 loss to the Giants, suffering another unneeded setback in their race for the division.

Even after a sweeping regime change, Washington still finds a way to stay #OnBrand.

Now, Washington is again behind the Eagles by over a game, and Ron Rivera’s hopes to compete in 2020 are fading. Can they still mount a late-season run and claim the cultural boost that winning provides? A lot depends on their upcoming matchup with the Lions. Let’s take a look.
