Here are the reality checks before the Washington Football Team ahead of Week 9.

For the first time in recent memory, the Washington Football Team is getting the benefit of a schedule anomaly. Coming off their bye week, they play host to the Giants who are coming of a Monday Night Football loss.

Ron Rivera’s teams historically play better in the second halves of seasons, and they are coming off of their most complete game of the season.

Can they carry some momentum from their win against Dallas? Can they put together back-to-back professional football performances? Can they take advantage of the dramatic disparity in rest they have over the Giants this week?

It’s time for another edition of Washington Football Reality Checks.
