Week 6 features a matchup that is huge for Washington Football Team fans. It is Dallas week. The rivalry is not what it once was, as the Washington Football Team literally doesn’t have the same name and both teams have played unevenly.

Regardless, it is still Dallas vs. Washington. And that’s one of the NFL’s best rivalries.

This game, despite the poor record of both the Cowboys (2-4) and Washington (1-5), is pivotal in the NFC East race. A win for Dallas gives them sole possession of first place and pushes the Washington Football Team further into the depths of irrelevance.

A win for Washington keeps the division in a logjam and puts Washington a half-game out of first, and it would quash an opportunity for the Cowboys to separate themselves from the pack. It’s an absolutely pivotal game for both teams.
