No. 2 – Kendall Fuller gets two more interceptions

These are bold predictions, right? So why not get crazy with it?

If you’re just judging the 2020 season alone, Washington Football Team cornerback Kendall Fuller has been one of the best in the NFL at his position. It’s certainly a small sample size, but Fuller has been very disruptive individually, accounting for four interceptions and five pass deflections, while contributing to just one offensive touchdown against the Rams (One could make a strong case for it being Landon Collins’ fault).

Some of his interceptions have been opportunistic, but Fuller clearly has the athleticism and the quick reacting traits necessary to make those plays, and it helps that thus far in the 2020 season, he’s faced quarterbacks who gave him opportunities as a defensive back. That should remain the case in Week 7 against the Cowboys.

Andy Dalton was dismal in his first start in place of Dak Prescott, completing 34 of 54 passes for 247 yards (Just 4.9 yards per attempt), and he threw one score to two interceptions, against a middling Cardinals defense, no less. If Washington’s edge duo can generate pressure against Dallas’ backup tackles, then Dalton may again be led into some bouts of questionable decision making. And when that happens, Kendall Fuller can benefit again.
