4. The Reality Is, Chase Young and Montez Sweat need to eat.

The Dallas offensive line once vaunted as the best in the league has been severely limited by injuries this year. Their two starting tackles are out for the season, and all three of their interior positions have seen rotation due to injuries this season as well. It’s very possible that their offensive line is now worse than any other line Washington will face this season.

Chase Young and Montez Sweat are among the most highly-rated edge rush tandems in the entire NFL through six weeks. If Washington wants to win this game, they need to take advantage of this favorable matchup.

It’s become a given that Daron Payne and Jon Allen will be solid in the interior of the line. If Sweat and Young live up to their potential on the edges, Andy Dalton could be in for a long day under center.

My Prediction: Sweat and Young each have 1.5 sacks, while Kerrigan, Allen, and Settle chip in, too. Washington’s Defensive Line has its best day since Week 1.
