The Cowboys are without their two top offensive tackles in Tyron Smith and La’el Collins. Both are out for the year as they nurse injuries that have sidelined them long-term. Additionally, their top swing tackle, Brandon Knight, is out after having knee surgery while center Joe Looney and right guard Zack Martin are out as well.

Because of all of these injuries, Washington should have a massive advantage against the Dallas offensive line in this contest. Washington has a great pass rush and while they’ve cooled down a bit after a strong start against the Eagles, they still have the talent needed to pressure Andy Dalton.

Making Dalton uncomfortable will be the key to rattling the Cowboys and make it difficult for them to win. In order for that to happen, Washington will need to rely on their young edge rush duo Chase Young and Montez Sweat to make that happen. The two are elite athletes and they should be able to handle Terrance Steele, Greg Senat, and whoever else the Cowboys play on their offensive line with ease.

Chase Young and Montez Sweat could have one of the best days of their young careers in this contest. The matchup is just so good and their athletic ability should let them find success. If they can get pressure, the secondary should hold up well and Dalton will turn the ball over.

Sacks and turnovers will be able to sink the Cowboys’ ship to get those, Young and Sweat will have to be at their best. For that reason, they’re the top Washington players to watch in Week 7 and should have a chance to make a big impact on the game.
