The Washington Football Team enters Week 5 at 1-3. As the keys at quarterback change, what are the keys to a huge Week 5 victory?

The Washington Football Team is in a really unique situation. At 1-3 they should be a long-shot for a playoff spot. However, due to the weak NFC East, they are a half a game out of first place in the division.

As you all know due to stagnation in growth, poor overall play, and a weak NFC East that is up for grabs Ron Rivera benched former first-round pick Dwayne Haskins for Kyle Allen. The benching of Haskins has created many headlines and there seems to be remaining turmoil.

However, it makes one thing crystal clear. Ron Rivera wants to win and he wants to win now. He wants to win the NFC East. Many brought that into question with his puzzling decision not to use timeouts to extend games against both Arizona and Cleveland, but Rivera’s move to Allen makes it clear that he wants to win now.

The game against the Los Angelas Rams is a huge game for the Washington Football Team. It is not necessarily a “must-win” game but it is pretty close to one. With a win, Washington sets itself up nicely for a three-game stretch against NFC East opponents. Let’s dive into the three ways they can do just that and earn the victory.
