Chase Young will reportedly return to the Washington Football Team in Week 5 against the Rams.

The Washington Football Team had some key players listed as questionable ahead of their matchup against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5. Three of those players were starters and their availability was considered paramount to the team having a fighting chance in the game.

The good news is that it appears that the team’s three starters will be able to play.

According to ESPN’s John Keim, Chase Young, Chase Roullier, and Wes Schweitzer will all play against the Rams. Keim confirmed the news on Twitter Saturday night.

Young is the biggest name of the three, and the presence of the pass rusher will provide a boost to Washington’s pass rush. Without him against the Ravens, they couldn’t get enough pressure on Lamar Jackson, but they should stand a much better chance of getting pressure on Jared Goff with him back.

That said, Roullier and Schweitzer’s respective presences may be even more important for Washington. Were the two of them absent, Washington would’ve been relying on rookie Keith Ismael making his first career start at center and Joshua Garnett, a recent practice squad elevation, making his first start with the team.

Could those two players have found success? Maybe. But against Aaron Donald and the Rams, having the team’s line as fully healthy as possible (albeit with Brandon Scherff still out this week) is good news. Roullier has arguably been the team’s most consistent offensive lineman this season while Schweitzer has done well filling in for Scherff, so having them is huge.
