The Washington Football Team wasn’t able to beat the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Here are three takeaways from the contest.

The Washington Football Team made some strides against the Cleveland Browns. They started the game well and avoided a three-and-out on their first possession. They held leads in the first and second half and once again came back from a double-digit deficit.

It wasn’t enough to win the game, but it was a step in the right direction.

Though the 34-20 defeat doesn’t look good on paper, Washington learned plenty from this. They have new ways to use their weapons on offense and they have a big area for improvement to focus on moving forward.

With all that said, here’s a look at three takeaways from Washington’s loss to the Browns and what the lessons learned could mean for the team moving forward.
