Who will take the most snaps under center for the Washington Football Team in 2020?

Your choices are the young leading man and incumbent starter Dwayne Haskins, the bionic veteran Alex Smith, and the mysterious newcomer Kyle Allen. If you don’t like any of those choices, I will allow for an “as yet unknown” selection. We’ll refer to it as Babe Laufenberg.

Obviously, if things go according to plan, Haskins will not only take the most snaps — he will take every snap. Maybe Allen or Smith will run some victory formations, but I don’t even want to see that. Guys with names like Brady and Rodgers are notorious for NEVER willingly coming out of a game, regardless of the score, and though I think that attitude is a little pig-headed, it’s hard to dispute their results. Maybe some pig-headedness is required in a truly great quarterback.

Let’s take a quick look at the three options and imagine scenarios under which each becomes the “man” under center for the Washington Football Team.
