Washington Redskins training camp is approaching quickly. Here’s our latest roster projection for them.

The 2020 NFL season is rapidly approaching. Training camps are set to kick off in under three weeks and while the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to make this offseason a strange one, fans should soon know more about how the Redskins team will take shape.

Once training camp begins, the team will get a better look at the players they have on their rosters. They’ll have a chance to evaluate their rookies, take a good look at their free-agent signees, and the new coaching staff will get a chance to see what it has in the returning players.

It will be interesting to see how the new staff shapes the team. Ron Rivera has put an increased emphasis on culture and competition, so there will be a lot of roster spots up for grabs. In essence, the roster bubble is large and there will be fewer roster locks than usual this offseason because of the increased competition.

Any prediction at how a roster may shake out will just be an educated guess. With a new regime in place, anything could happen. But no matter what, the Redskins are going to field a roster that they hope will set the foundation for a competitive team culture.

Here’s one look at how that roster may shake out, with the team putting an increased emphasis on the trenches for 2020.
