The Redskins have a lot of players who could make fireworks during the 2020 NFL season.

Unbelievably, we’re past the halfway point of 2020. We’ve made it through June and are hurtling toward the start of the NFL season faster and faster each day.

Of course, the 2020 NFL season still has a lot of questions about it that need to be answered. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the world and the country, it’s unclear exactly what the sport is going to look like come the Fall. Training camp and the preseason will look a lot different than they have any other year; the NFL has already proposed to cut the preseason in half and that seems likely to happen.

Still, the league seems hellbent on trying to play. And fans are hoping to see action and fireworks aplenty from the Redskins in 2020.

The Redskins are a rebuilding team that is chock full of young talent. They may be in for some growing pains, but if some of their young talents reach their potential, there could be some big plays and fireworks displays that occur throughout the season on both sides of the ball.

So, on this Fourth of July holiday, it’s time to take a look at the five Redskins that are most likely to make fireworks and big plays during the 2020 season. And we’ll get things started on the defensive side of the ball right now.
