Round 7

Hoping to secure another young project with potential, the Redskins decided to bolster the offensive line with South Florida center Austin Reiter.  An impatient Redskins coaching staff released him that summer and he went on to spend two years in Cleveland.

From there, Reiter signed with Kansas City.  He started all 16 games in 2019 and each of the playoff games as well.  Yes, he has a Super Bowl ring.

Jay Gruden and Bill Callahan ended up with eggs on their faces.  Outsmarted themselves again!  Reiter deserves at least a “B” grade, but the Redskins deserve this mark.
