Round 4

The Redskins selected Fresno State free safety Phillip Thomas in the fourth and he promptly ended up on injured reserve for 2013. He went on to start four games the following season after spending some time on the practice squad halfway into 2014. His impact was minimal and the Redskins released Thomas during the 2015 offseason.

The former Bulldog spent a couple of summers with the Dolphins and Bills, but never played another down after leaving the Burgundy and Gold.
