The second member of the Posse to grace this list, Gary Clark was a feisty competitor for the Redskins at the wide receiver position.
Standing at 5-foot-9, 173 pounds, Clark was always undersized. But he didn’t let that limit his game. In an eight-year stint with the Redskins, from 1985 to 1992, Clark accumulated 549 receptions, 8,742 receiving yards, and 58 receiving touchdowns.
In his time in the nation’s capital, Clark was a spark plug, and a reliable weapon in a stacked receiving core. Not once did he log less than 892 receiving yards with the burgundy and gold, and no less than five times did he surpass the 1,000-yard mark.
Clark ended his career with four All-Pro nods and two Pro Bowl berths, and although a gold jacket eluded the receiver, he remained one of the most esteemed Redskins in history. Two Super Bowl rings help with that as well.
