The Redskins linebacker group for 2020 will be full of competition. Here’s how it could shake out.

There may be no more invisible position grouping on the Redskins heading into the 2020 season than linebacker. We all know tight end is a train-wreck, and we all know the secondary is a rebuild.

But the Redskins’ linebacking corps contains mostly the same guys who played last year. The notable names in last years’ group – guys like Montez Sweat and Ryan Kerrigan – are now being listed as defensive ends as the team transitions to a 4-3 defensive front.

That transition means that the same old crew will have to learn some new tricks this year. Here’s how they stack up.

On Roster: Ryan Anderson, Jon Bostic, Reuben Foster, Shaun Dion Hamilton, Josh Harvey-Clemons, Cole Holcomb, Khaleke Hudson, Thomas Davis, Jared Norris, Kevin Pierre-Louis

Projected Starters: Davis, Bostic, Holcomb
