Week 3 – Redskins at Browns

New coaches spar in this game between the Washington Redskins and the Cleveland Browns. The only difference between them is that for Ron Rivera, this isn’t his first rodeo. In contrast, Kevin Stefanski is a first-time head coach in Cleveland, tasked with ending decades of disappointment in the bay.

Rivera might have more experience as a coach, but Stefanski’s resume was strong coming into Cleveland, and he inherits a roster with much more overall talent and quality depth. This early game against Washington will present a chance for Stefanski to expedite his success on Lake Erie, and the Redskins’ secondary, assuming they haven’t meshed to this point, will give Baker Mayfield plenty of opportunities. The Redskins won’t go down without a fight, but they’ll go down anyway.

Prediction: WAS 24, CLE 38

Record: 0-3
