Round 4, Pick 36

Will Pick: WR Gabriel Davis, UCF

The receiver depth in this class is so good that waiting until the late fourth-round to draft one isn’t a bad move. Gabriel Davis has good size at 6-foot-2 and had a great final season at UCF notching 72 catches for 1,241 yards and 12 touchdowns as the preferred target of Dillon Gabriel.

Davis has decent athletic ability but he catches a lot of passes thrown his way thanks to his size and length. He figures to be a good contested catch option at the next level and will be able to find some space. He may need to work on his route running a bit, but in the late fourth, Davis is a good value.

Should Pick: CB Reggie Robinson, Tulsa

If the Redskins have already addressed receiver and gotten a guy like Claypool, they could add to the defensive side of the ball and get a corner like Reggie Robinson.

Robinson had the best year of his collegiate career in 2020, logging the first three picks of his time at Tulsa and defending a career-high 13 passes. He has nice size at 6-foot-1 and could challenge for a role in the Redskins secondary right away.

Dark Horse: RB Zack Moss, Utah

This may seem weird, but the Redskins added a couple of running backs in free agency and did bring Zack Moss in for a virtual visit. Would they actually draft the Utah product? Probably not given the needs they have out there. But at this stage in the draft, they could surprise, so Moss will be a dark horse option for the squad.
