35. . Cornerback. Tennessee Titans. Logan Ryan. 5. player

Logan Ryan had an absolutely absurd statistical season for the Tennessee Titans. In 16 games, all starts, Ryan managed to total 113 tackles, 4.5 sacks, four interceptions, and 18 pass defenses playing his slot cornerback position.

That’s absolutely absurd.

Of course, stats don’t tell the whole story, but Ryan was generally solid for the Titans last season. He was beaten on some instances but made up for it by being an excellent blitzer from the slot and making enough splash plays to help keep the Titans afloat. And in the playoffs, he has done everything he can to lock down the Patriots and Ravens receivers through two games.

Down the stretch of the season, Ryan held up in key moments when the Titans were down Malcolm Butler and Adoree’ Jackson. So, it’s safe to say that he can step up when needed as a top cornerback option.

Ryan is a hard-working player and he’s one that would certainly know how to put his best foot forward. That would assist the Redskins as they look to create a new culture under Ron Rivera and Jack Del Rio, so that has to be taken into account as well.

Ryan turns 29 this offseason and will likely get a solid payday on the open market. He well could be an ideal fit for Washington if he’s willing to serve as a leader and continue to make plays. He should definitely get a call if the team wants to tap into the talent available at corner on the open market this offseason.
