So, in case you haven’t noticed, the sports world is kind of collapsing on itself.

Over the past few weeks, a dangerous contagion known as the coronavirus has spread to the United States, and in an effort to mitigate future spreading, the NFL, NBA, NHL, and NCAA, among others, are all taking historic precautions.

March Madness, a staple of every sports fan’s calendar year, is officially cancelled, and several professional sports leagues are in limbo, with a once-promised playoffs period in waiting. Even in the NFL, a league currently on break, the effects are being felt. Pro days for NFL Draft prospects are being cancelled across the nation, scouts are no longer on the roads, and there’s talk of bumping back key events like free agency and the NFL Draft.

All of this movement creates an unusual void in the sports world, in a month where it’s normally at its peak. Luckily for you, there are still plenty of things to do as you wait out this event! Turn the page, and have a read.
