Love Me: RB Bryce Love

Okay, this one is is kind of obvious. I mean, his last name is literally Love. How could fans not love him?

Beyond that obvious wordplay, Love is going to get a chance to prove to Redskins fans why they should love him. He was a fourth-round pick in 2019, but he sat out the entire season as he recovered from a torn ACL that he suffered in his final collegiate season at Stanford.

That said, Love was once regarded as a potential first-round pick. He’s a talented runner and if he’s healthy, he could earn a big role in the Redskins backfield. He’ll work in tandem with Derrius Guice and could find himself in a Chris Thompson-type role for his first season, at the very least.

If Love can perform up to expectations, the Redskins should be in good shape at running back with him, Guice, and Adrian Peterson leading the way. So hopefully, fans will learn to Love love as he attempts to make a name for himself at the NFL level.

Next. For Redskins, Lions QB rumors present opportunity. dark
