The Washington Redskins have plenty of holes to fill in free agency. Could some of these contributions come from inside the division?

Since Ron Rivera took over as the head coach in Washington, he has hired many coaches that he had previously worked with in Carolina. Many people have fallen into the notion that he will replicate this process when looking at players in free agency.

If Rivera does choose to go a different route when deciding on free agents, he may want to look inside the division to find players who can help this team excel. The Dallas Cowboys, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the New York Giants all have pending free agents that could fill positions of need for the Redskins.
