The Washington Redskins are taking on the Philadelphia Eagles in NFL Week 15. And the game may be closer than some are anticipating.

Remarkably enough, the Washington Redskins weren’t eliminated from the playoff race until last week’s loss to the Green Bay Packers. Despite being 3-9 entering the week, they still had a very slim chance of winning the NFC East.

Now 3-10, those hopes are dashed and the Redskins are looking for one thing to close out this lost season: Growth.

The Redskins have a lot of young talent on both sides of the ball. Notably, they have Dwayne Haskins on offense, and he will need to be watched. But their defense is playing better in recent weeks with guys like Montez Sweat, Cole Holcomb, and Fabian Moreau growing into bigger roles on defense. If they can keep improving, it will be a good sign for the team moving forward.

In Week 15, the Redskins will be taking on the Eagles in a rematch of the ‘Skins’ Week 1 defeat. They played incredibly for half of that game before collapsing in the second half. But if they can put together a complete effort, they will have a chance to keep it close against the sputtering Eagles.

With that said, here’s an in-depth look at the Redskins game against the Eagles, including the top matchups to watch and a score prediction.
