Miami Dolphins. Alex Leatherwood. 25. player. 59. . Offensive Tackle

Now that the Dolphins have gotten their centerpieces on both sides of the ball, it’s time to bolster the trenches.

Alabama’s Alex Leatherwood is one half of one of the best tackle duos in college football, and while there has been speculation that he could move to guard at the next level, he projects just as well as a bookend blocker.

Leatherwood has a very impressive combination of functional mobility and size. Standing at 6-foot-6, 310, he’s one of the biggest tackles in the 2020 NFL Draft, and he while his weight is a bit on the thin side, his strength is far from a liability. Leatherwood should help the Dolphins offensive line progress from its sorry state.
