The Washington Redskins and the Minnesota Vikings are playing in a Thursday Night Football clash. Here are some bold predictions for the game.

Gameday is already here once again for the Redskins. Though Washington is sitting at 1-6 on the season, they are coming off a competitive two-game stretch that saw them beat the Dolphins and keep it close with the undefeated 49ers amid brutal weather.

Now, they’ll travel to Minnesota to take on the Vikings. They aren’t expected to play well against one of the NFC’s hottest teams — they’re more than two touchdown underdogs in the game — but it should be an interesting clash nonetheless.

The quarterback of the Vikings is Kirk Cousins. He, of course, was drafted by the Redskins and he eventually became their starter over Robert Griffin III. He defected for the Vikings during the 2018 offseason as a free agent.

Meanwhile, Redskins quarterback Case Keenum used to play for the Vikings. He led them to the 2018 NFC Championship game before being replaced by Cousins, so he may want to show his former team what they’re missing in this contest.

With that subplot being a major part of this game, it could get wild quickly. With that in mind, here’s a look at some bold predictions for the game, starting on offense for the Redskins.
