Score prediction

The Redskins lost to the Giants by 21. They’ll play the Patriots at home, but this is the Super Bowl favorite going up against a front-runner for the No. 1 overall pick. And for Washington, home field advantage doesn’t mean much these days.

Judging by what both of these teams have shown thus far in the 2019 season, this game shouldn’t be close. The spread is 15 points, and it’ll likely get even bigger as the week goes on. Reality has set in for players and coaches, and this Patriots game should only drive the nail in deeper.

Score Prediction: NE 41, WAS 16

Even lopsided predictions can have different shapes and colors, but at the end of the day, almost everyone should be in general consensus; the Redskins aren’t expected to compete against the Patriots. It’ll be another ugly affair, one where the league’s gold standard gives Dan Snyder’s franchise a clinic on his own turf. Maybe this time, he’ll subscribe to the lesson.
