Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars still have a good amount of their defensive talent base left from their AFC Championship run. Myles Jack, Jalen Ramsey, and Calais Campbell are just a few names to mention. They’ve added some, lost some, but ultimately, there are too many things standing in the way for the Jaguars to get back to that stage, or frankly even close.

The list goes on. Nick Foles is a replacement-level quarterback who was paid based on an outlier season six years ago and a small sample playoff resume. The offense isn’t built well enough to support Foles, and their offensive philosophy is stuck in the stone ages, unlike the Eagles, where Foles experienced his success.

Doug Marrone tops the list, as his coaching style, harsh and no-nonsense to the extreme, has been known to give a jolt to teams that need it, and then fall flat. Coupled with the fact that the Jaguars play three teams just as, if not more talented, in their own division, and the Jaguars will sooner hit rock bottom than rock the AFC South crown this year.
