Jacob: After grabbing Metcalf with their earlier first-round pick, the Packers continue to build on the offensive side of the ball. They could use an upgrade on the offensive line, and Chris Lindstrom would fit the bill here.

The Packers signed Billy Turner away from the Denver Broncos and likely have plans to start him at right guard. However, they still could use competition for Turner and potentially someone to battle Lane Taylor for the spot at left guard.

Lindstrom (6-4, 308 pounds) will be a plug-and-play starter at the guard position for the next level. He was a rock-solid starter for Boston College and during the combine, he showed great movement skills. He was well-coached at BC, which has been a factory for offensive linemen for quite some time, so that will help him to gain recognition in the lead-up to the draft.

Lindstrom did enough to make himself a potential first-round pick, and with many teams needing help on the offensive side of the ball, he could go earlier than many expect.

If the Packers want another weapon at the tight end position, they could consider Noah Fant or Irv Smith Jr. with this pick. However, it seems more likely that they would wait to grab a tight end until Day 2. Additionally, they could turn some attention to their defense, but most of the top prospects left on the board at this point are offensive.
