NFL free agency has slowed down considerably. Still, there are some bargain-bin values that the Washington Redskins could target to upgrade their team.

Most of the big names in NFL free agency have come off the board. Not all of them, but most of them. At the moment, all seems quiet on the free agent front, and the remaining players are likely going to have to settle for cheaper, short-term deals, unless a team with extra cap space steps up and makes an offer.

There aren’t a lot of very enticing players left on the market. There are a handful of potential starters, but most of the guys left are role players. Of course, having role players is key to fielding a complete squad, so needless to say, these guys will eventually get scooped up.

The Washington Redskins have enough space left to make a couple of moves. They still have some needs that they could fill, and if they look to do it on a budget, that could make a lot of sense. They may not sign any of the guys left on the market, but if they could add one or two, that would do a lot to help out their depth.

All that said, here’s a look at five free agents still on the market that could interest the Redskins. These players could all easily fill roles or backup jobs with the squad.
