Jawaan Taylor. 9. player. 16. . Offensive Tackle. Florida

The Bills need to keep building around their franchise quarterback, Josh Allen, so they will be looking to add offensive line and receiver help early in the draft. With this selection, the best option appears to be on the offensive line, so they’ll roll with that for the time being.

Some may be surprised to see Jawaan Taylor as the first offensive tackle off the board, but it remains a definite possibility. Taylor seems to be a sure bet at tackle in the NFL. Meanwhile, Jonah Williams, the other top tackle in this class, may be best served to play on the right side or at guard.

While Buffalo really has needs all across the offensive line — though Dion Dawkins seems like a solid starter at one of the tackle positions — Taylor simply has an NFL-ready frame and could end up being a good left tackle at the next level. He is 6-foot-5, 328 pounds and could end up becoming a mauler in the run game. Either way, he’s a well-rounded option that should help the team out greatly in protection.

If the Bills elect to target a receiver, they will likely consider one of the Ole Miss players (D.K. Metcalf, A.J. Brown). However, if they elect to do that, it would make more sense to trade down.
