One good thing about the Redskins: They always give us plenty to talk about.

There were times this past year where the Washington Redskins appeared to be evolving. The offseason, normally kindling for the Redskins’ rumor mill, was strangely quiet, and Washington had just completed the second consecutive competent draft season. Things were looking up.

Now, however, the old Redskins seem to have emerged once again. Over the past few weeks, public relations disaster after public relations disaster has rendered the team back into a laughingstock. Several front office executives left amidst mounting friction, and now, Bruce Allen and Dan Snyder are left unopposed in the front office. Again. So how are things going?

It’s been a month or so since our usual cast got together for a podcast, and now seems like as good a time as any. Between D.J. Swearinger‘s abrupt release last week, the front office furor uncased over the past few days, and the muddled direction of the franchise, there are lots of questions still lingering around the Redskins, and the best way to find answers is to talk about it.

So that’s what we did.

Tune in, as I was joined by my colleagues Nathan Britton and Jacob Camenker, to talk about the deteriorating state of the Washington Redskins. We discussed implications of the front office furor, issues surrounding Swearinger’s release, and so much more! Click the play button below to catch a listen.

As the season comes to a close, we’ll be sure to bring you more podcasts, with more new guests from our site’s growing staff. Thanks, as always, for listening, and be sure to stick with us here at Riggo’s Rag for all the coming offseason developments.
