The Washington Redskins are taking on the Tennessee Titans is a critical Week 16 matchup. Here’s a look at some bold predictions for the game.

It all, pretty much, comes down to this. The Redskins, despite being on their fourth quarterback of the year and struggling to operate on offense, are still in the playoff hunt.

With a 7-7 record, the ‘Skins just need to win a couple of games to have a winning record, and if they get hot at the right time, it’s possible. Of course, that is wishful thinking, considering the amount of injuries that they have endured, and realistically, it doesn’t look likely that they will make it. That said, it didn’t seem likely that the Eagles would win a Super Bowl after Carson Wentz went down last season. So, it’s too early to give up hope on the playoff dream.

In Week 16, fans will probably get the answers they’ve been waiting for about the Redskins playoff hopes. If they lost to the Titans (8-6), the season will likely be over. However, if they win, it sets up a potential win-and-in against the Eagles in Week 17 (if the Vikings lose in either Week 16 or 17). So, a lot could be determined on Saturday.

Because of the implications for both teams in this game — the Titans are trying to sneak into the playoffs as the sixth seed in the AFC, there could be some crazy things that happen in this contest. Here’s a look at our bold predictions for Redskins vs. Titans in Week 16 of the NFL season.
