The Washington Redskins are taking on the Philadelphia Eagles in a key Week 13 clash that could do a lot to decide the NFC East. Here’s an in-depth look at the matchups to watch and a score prediction.

Welcome to Week 13. The Redskins are right in the thick of the divisional race, and frankly speaking, this week could decide the division. Right now, the Redskins (6-5) are tied for first place in the division with the Cowboys (6-5). However, the Cowboys have a tough Thursday night matchup with the Saints (10-1).

The Saints are favored in that game and though the Cowboys are tough at home, the red-hot Saints, winners of 10 straight, could push them to 6-6. If that happens, the Redskins will have a chance to win and move back into sole possession of first place in the NFC East.

However, with every good story, there is a caveat. The Redskins are taking on the Eagles in Week 13. On the road. In prime-time. The defending Super Bowl champions are 5-6, and if they can notch a win, they will be tied with the Redskins for second — or first — place in the NFC East. So, the Eagles will be looking to make a statement as well.

Like I said, this week will tell us a lot about the potential winners of the NFC East, and it could create a crazy logjam for the teams to deal with. For now, we’ll focus on the Redskins-Eagles game in Week 13. Here’s a look at the matchups to watch and a score prediction for the all-important contest.
