The Redskins’ season changed dramatically against the Texans. Can they regroup on the road against their arch-rivals in a holiday rematch?

This Thanksgiving, we get to find out what this Washington Redskins team is about.

Emotions will be all over the place coming off a hard-fought, but devastating home loss against the Houston Texans. Traveling to Dallas on a short week, they have to stay composed and cannot let what happened the week prior to affect what happens on Thursday. Coming up a few yards short on a last-second field goal and having your franchise quarterback go down in the same game cannot be anymore deflating.

That said, the Redskins still sit at 6-4 on the season with four division games to go. They are still in a position to make the playoffs if they take care of their business and win their remaining games against divisional opponents. This is one of those games they have to take care of if they want to go to the postseason.

The Redskins and the Cowboys played a nail-biter in their first matchup, with the game coming down to a missed field goal at the end. While Washington held the lead throughout the game, the Cowboys fought their way back into the game and had their chance to take it to overtime. This game will be no different. It should be tight throughout. If the Redskins want to sweep the Cowboys in 2018 and move to 7-4 on the season, here are five keys to victory on Thanksgiving.
