We’ve given you names to watch for the Redskins. Now, before we move on to more, we want to ask you: Who’s your 2019 draft prospect to watch?

If it comes off as a loaded question, don’t worry; that is customary. The NFL Draft is a daunting spectacle every year, and that reality is no different in 2019. Hundreds of college prospects will enter, with the intent of furthering their football careers. But in the end, few will truly stand the test of time.

It’s a cruel reality, but it’s also part of the game; it’s the kind of gamble that coaches and players and general managers learn to take every day, whether it be on the sidelines, on the turf, or on the phone. Football is a game of risk and reward, and the NFL Draft fits that mold to a tee.

That’s what makes draft season so dangerous, and so captivating. For now, we can imagine an NFL where our favorite prospects pan out as we desire them to. We can see the perfect formula for success unfolding before our own eyes.

Perfect, of course, until it isn’t. And those prospects don’t pan out after all. It’s the penultimate risk embedded into the fabric of the process itself. And it’s a risk we’ve asked our readers to take, by providing their favorite prospects! What names did readers come up with? What can we say about those players right now? Let’s take a look!
