4. Quinton Dunbar notches a pick, three pass break-ups, 5-plus tackles

Dunbar has been the No. 1 corner for the Redskins this season, and it’s looking like the extension that he signed this offseason is going to be a steal. He should continue to find success and he will have a chance to make some plays against the Panthers.

Generally speaking, the Panthers lack quality receiving weapons, so Dunbar isn’t going to have too difficult of a matchup. And because Dunbar is a former receiver, he should be able to run step for step with the bigger-bodied receivers the Panthers use. They don’t have a lot of speed threats that can rival Dunbar, who has solid speed in his own right.

Because of this favorable matchup, Dunbar should be in position to frequently make plays against the Panthers receivers. Seeing him get another interception wouldn’t be a surprise, but if he can add a few more pass breakups and five tackles, that would be a huge game for him. It’s not out of the question fro him to do any of this, but all of it coming together would be a huge win for the Redskins team.

Dunbar figures to have a good game and should continue to establish himself as one of the more solid top corners in the NFL. He should be fun to watch against the Panthers this week.
