No. 5 – Redskins should force a couple of turnovers

Josh Norman has seen plenty of Drew Brees and will need to step up if he shadows Michael Thomas. This is an excellent opportunity for the young but inconsistent Montae Nicholson to step up as well. D.J. Swearinger must continue to make plays as a vocal leader on the back end, and Fabian Moreau should be on the field a lot this game and will need to make an impact as he did against Green Bay.

This is also going to the game for Zach Brown to show that he is a star in the middle of the field. He has the speed to go sideline-to-sideline and will have to take away both the screen game and shut down the running game as the Saints have two Pro Bowl running backs to go to.

The defense is going to need to be aggressive, work as one, and look for opportunities to make plays on the ball, as they will have their chances. If the Redskins can force Brees into a couple of uncharacteristic interceptions and win the turnover battle, they will be in good position to win the football game.
