Jordan Reed: Start

Reed caught four passes for 48 yards and a score in the Redskins opener. He has another matchup that could see him put up big numbers this week. The Colts let Tyler Eifert haul in three passes for 44 yards last week, and Reed could double that stat line. Smith looked for his tight end five times in game one and should go there more often with WR Paul Richardson potentially missing the game due to a shoulder injury. Reed will see plenty of targets and should dominate the middle of the field matchups. Look for Reed to have a big day through the air.

Jack Doyle: Start

Doyle comes in as one of the Colts more reliable options in the passing game. Seeing 10 targets in Week 1, Doyle should have another productive day against Washington. Luck will look to hit his sure-handed tight end over the middle exploiting the Zach Brown matchup when it is there. On his seven receptions last week, Doyle racked up nine fantasy points in PPR formats. Without a score, that number could be similar.

Doyle will have his catches and with that comes the yardage, but with an iffy running game and a size issue with Hilton in the red-zone, Doyle could be in line to grab a touchdown this week. Doyle should end the day with a nice stat line and can be plugged in, in all formats this week.

Eric Ebron: Sit

Ebron is the definition of boom or bust. Totaling 15 points in last week’s matchup, the Indy tight end played less than 50 percent of the Colts offensive snaps. Without his touchdown last week, he was pedestrian for fantasy owners. His snap share hurts his chances of repeating the big performance and with needing a score to be relevant. the Colts pass catcher should be the forgotten man in this weeks matchup.

Ebron could come out and have a similar day as last week but the risk just isn’t worth the reward with his matchup this week. He can stay on benches or on the waiver wire in Week 2.
