No. 3 – Ryan Kerrigan gets his first two sacks of the season

The fact that Ryan Kerrigan didn’t have much success against Arizona Cardinals right tackle Andre Smith is concerning; Smith isn’t exactly the gold standard at the position.

Kerrigan did have four hurries on 25 pass rushing snaps, per Pro Football Focus, but he wasn’t able to finish and capitalize on those opportunities.

Despite this, Kerrigan will have a shot to redeem himself this week against Joe Haeg, the Indianapolis Colts’ starting right tackle. Haeg is a decent player in every way, but Ryan Kerrigan is of a different caliber. He generated consistent pressure last Sunday. This Sunday, he’ll see those pressures turn into sacks.
