. Running Back. Penn State. Saquon Barkley. 4. player. 53

And, the Browns get their dream scenario. Saquon Barkley is available with the No. 4 overall pick.

There’s no doubt that Barkley is one of the best players in this draft class. He has dynamic, playmaking ability and he is a really strong runner as well. Barkley was a beast at the Combine and he showed well in the drills and the measurables as well. Barkley is undoubtedly the top player in this class, and the only thing pushing him down is the desperate need for quarterbacks across the league.

For the Browns, adding Barkley would be a huge get. He would be an immediate starter, but he could pair with Carlos Hyde and make a truly dynamic duo at the running back position. Furthermore, Barkley would give Allen a backfield weapon to take pressure off him as he improves his accuracy. Barkley and Allen could grow into a fearsome passing and running duo, and that is all the Browns will need to be successful.

One way or another, I would imagine that the Browns will land Barkley in this draft. They may opt to select him No. 1 overall or they could gamble like they did in this version of the draft. Either way, they will be in much better shape on offense if they can select both of these talents.
