The Washington Redskins are getting ready to take on the Seattle Seahawks. Here’s a look at the top players to watch in that contest.

After Week 9, the Washington Redskins will be halfway through their season. They will be through eight games, and they will have a very good idea of how their season is going. Currently, they are sitting on a 3-4 record. They really need a win to get back to .500, but that is going to be very hard to do in Week 9.

The reason for this is that the Redskins are traveling to Seattle to take on the Seahawks. The Seahawks haven’t been quite the same team that many are used to seeing this year. Early in the season, their offense was struggling. Now, their defense has struggled in recent weeks. They have been an up-and-down team, but they are still a strong team.

The Seahawks also happen to have one of the best home field advantages in the NFL. Known as the 12th man, their crowd will certainly be loud as they look to notch their sixth win. Given that the Seahawks are trying to keep pace with the Los Angeles Rams and Sean McVay in the NFC West, they will be hyper motivated to win this contest as the Rams take on the Giants.

With all that said, the Redskins are going to need some players to step up if they want a chance to beat Seattle. Here’s a look at the top five players to watch in Sunday’s west coast affair.
