9. Cincinnati Bengals: WR John Ross, Washington

This is a shocking pick, but it makes sense. John Ross is a dynamic, athletic receiver. The Bengals need to add a quality weapon across from A.J. Green, and Ross is a good complement. Ross ran the fastest 40 yard dash in NFL Combine history, but some think he may fall due to injury concerns. However, if the Bengals have enough interest, they could take him here if their top defensive players are off the board. This is a risky proposition, but the Bengals really wanted a receiver last year, so this pick is possible.

10. Buffalo Bills: CB Marshon Lattimore, Ohio State

Two years ago, it seemed like the Buffalo Bills would have one of the best cornerback tandems in the NFL for a long time. Ronald Darby and Stephon Gilmore looked like a dynamic duo who the team would do everything to keep. However, this offseason the team allowed Gilmore to join the division rival Patriots in free agency, and that leaves them thin at corner.

Thankfully for the Bills, the top cornerback in this draft is available to close out the top 10. Marshon Lattimore was absolutely terrific last season at Ohio State, and some believe that he could be the top defensive player in this draft. Without a doubt, he should be a No. 1 cornerback.

11. New Orleans Saints: DE Derek Barnett, Tennessee

The Saints are looking to select a defensive end and a cornerback with their first round pick. Lattimore is now off the board, so this will either be Marlon Humphrey or a defensive end. Derek Barnett is a terrific prospect who recorded 32 sacks during three collegiate seasons. He is the epitome of consistency and he could be a strong complement to Cameron Jordan for the team.

12. Tennessee Titans (Trade Down with Browns): WR Mike Williams, Clemson

I had the Titans selecting Williams with the No. 18 overall pick earlier this week. However, if they trade down, this is the more sensible range for the top prospect. Williams has the potential to be a No. 1 receiver, and he would be an immediate upgrade over Tajae Sharpe and Rishard Matthews as starters. They would form a solid trio and allow Marcus Mariota to greatly improve moving forward.
