2016 NFL Mock Draft – Rams Trade Shakes up Draft

51. The Rams are in dire need of a quarterback, so they make a trade with the Titans to take them from the 15th pick up to number one.  It’s somewhat ironic because Rams head coach Jeff Fisher routinely laughed at the Washington Redskins for trading a boat load of draft picks to the Rams in 2012 to move up and take Robert Griffin III in 2012 and now the Rams do the exact same thing.  The Rams obviously covet North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz or California’s Jared Goff.  I think they’ll take Wentz as he’s the top quarterback on my draft board.  The Rams need to make a splash pick with the team moving back to Los Angeles and what better way than to take a franchise quarterback in the draft. . Quarterback. North Dakota State. Carson Wentz. 1. player
