4. player. 123. The Cowboys need a quarterback of the future.  Tony Romo is 36 and hasn’t shown that he can stay healthy.  However, the Cowboys also have many other needs they need to address.  Particularly in the secondary at cornerback.   The Cowboys drafted Byron Jones in round one last season.  However, they might need him at safety.  If the Cowboys take Jalen Ramsey with the fourth pick they could put either him or Jones at safety.  Ramsey is one of the most talented athletes in the draft.  The Cowboys could still take a quarterback in the second round or trade back up into the first round to take one.  Romo is still the starter and whichever quarterback the Cowboys take will develop behind him.  . Cornerback. Florida State. Jalen Ramsey
