The Rams are in need of a franchise quarterback but with the top quarterbacks off the board the Rams still need to address the position.  They still have Nick Foles and he can hold it down until the rookie QB is ready to take over.  The quarterback could be Memphis’ Paxton Lynch.  He has great size and mobility but he will need time to develop in a pro style offense.  NFL Mock Draft. The Lions have lost Calvin Johnson to retirement.  So they definitely need to bring in a wide receiver to replace him.  While no one they take here will ever replace what Johnson meant to the Detroit Lions as a franchise, they still need to start some where.  Mississippi’s Laqon Treadwell is not a burner but he has great hands and gives the Lions a receiver with size and good right running skills. .
