18.  Eli Apple, CB – Ohio State: (6-1, 200) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Good.  The Redskins need more depth at cornerback.  They struggled with injuries at the position all season long and need more options.  Eli Apple has the kind of size that general manager Scot McCloughan likes at 6’1, 200.  He can play physical in press coverage and is a sure tackler in run support.  LW # 18

17.  Derrick Henry, RB – Alabama: (6-2, 242) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  Derrick Henry is a big and powerful running back.  His skills would go well with what the Redskins want to do in establishing a power running game in their offense.  Henry is the Heisman Trophy winner and bring the kind of running talent to the table that the Redskins could use to improve their offense.   LW # 17
