4.  Ezekiel Elliot, RB – Ohio State: (6-0, 225) Projected Round – Top 15.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Slim.  Ezekiel Elliot may be the best running back in the 2016 NFL draft.  The Redskins have an up and coming running back in Matt Jones returning in 2016 but they may not re-sign Alfred Morris.  If they don’t then the Skins will be in need of a running back to step in and fill the void.  Elliot is the kind of tough runner that would fit the Redskins offense and he’s also a decent receiver out of the backfield.  LW # 4

3.  Andrew Billings, DT – Baylor (6-1, 310) Projected RoundTop 15.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Possible.  One thing the Redskins defense lacks is youth on the defensive line.  Most of their defensive linemen are at or over 30, so a dose of youth is needed.  The Redskins also need help stopping the run and Andrew Billings has the talent to help them upgrade their run defense.    LW # 3
