6.  Mackensie Alexander, CB – Clemson:  (5-10, 195) Projected Round – Top 25.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Good.  Cornerback Chris Culliver’s knee injury might cause him to not be ready at the opening of the season.  The Redskins still have Bashaud Breeland, Will Blackmon and late season surprise Quinton Dunbar returning in 2016.  However, Mackensie Alexander is considered to be one of the top cornerbacks in the draft.  There’s a good chance that he’ll be on the board when the Redskins pick and if he is they may have to take him.   LW # 6

5.  Jarran Reed, NT – Alabama: (6-3, 312) Projected RoundTop 25.  Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Good.  The Redskins had Terrance Knighton at nose tackle in 2015 and he did a solid job.  However, he’s a free agent this offseason and he won’t be back in 2016.  Jarran Reed is one of the top nose tackle prospects in the 2016 NFL draft and he could help the Redskins defensive line immediately.  LW # 5
